  • Officers elected: Tracy Hoffman, president; Christopher Apap, vice-president; Rachel Payne, web designer
  • The state of Texas has confirmed that the name, the Washington Irving Society, is available for our use.
  • Filing of papers for non-profit status: still in progress
  • Irving panel slotted as a special topic for SCMLA 2010 in Fort Worth
  • If you have given a paper or published something recently on Irving, send an e-mail to Tracy_Hoffman@baylor.edu, and she will post the news.
